As we work to create custom products, all items are made to order. Please review our return policy carefully:
- Made-to-Order Products: All products are made to order, so we cannot accept returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, or ordering the wrong size or color. Please be sure to check the sizing guide before purchasing.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you are eligible for a return or exchange.
- Incorrect Orders: If we send the wrong product, size, or color, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you.
How to Submit a Return Request:

- Include clear photos of the problem for faster processing.
- Our team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Refunds for eligible items will be processed within the timeline set by our policy and communicated to you.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method you select. Once your order is Placed, you can monitor your package’s progress from my account.
